Scotland Yard reported last month that non-white immigrants, mostly from Africa and the Carribean, are fueling the explosion of crime and violoence in London. The Yard says it has identified as many as 171 violence-prone street gangs in London 43% of which have more than 20-members.
Scotland Yard has proposed a theory that London's high rate of gang violence derives from the "post traumatic stress" sufffered by black immigrants in their violent home countries.
