The Record newspaper of Stockton, Calif., reported that between 2003 and 2004, 54% of all arrests for drunk driving in Stockton were Hispanic men although they were only 35% of the population. Hispanics comprised 44% of all DUI arrests in Calif. but were only 31% of the population. Because of mass immigration, Americans are being killed and maimed in ever-increasing numbers by drunk Hispanics
