1. There are 71 people living in Loving County, west Texas. They received $30,000 in anti-terrorism funds from the Dept of Homeland Security recently. Why not move there and get your share of the funds?
2. Of $19 billion spent on Food Stamps in 1997, about $1.4 billion went to people not entitled to assistance, including deceased individuals. Pick a name from a tombstone and apply for your share.
3. Turn your home into a church and have a few friends over each week and call it a prayer meeting. It might be wise to hang a picture of Jesus on the front door to throw the IRS off the trail. For those who might be a wee bit skeptical I would like to point out that one of my neighbors has been doing this for years
